“I telephoned this afternoon and Kavelle answered very quickly, I explained that my renewal was due. She asked me a number of security questions and explained the changes that had been made in the current system, and answered any questions in clear English. Without any pressure selling she convinced me that for a small additional sum my keys could be covered against loss, which seemed a worthwhile additional cover. The full transaction was completed very swiftly and I explained that I was very impressed with the whole experience. Thank-you, John Huntley.”

“Antonya was very helpful - I needed to change my contact information and renew my policy, and she dealt with it all very efficiently and in a friendly manner. I have had claims in the past which were settles very speedily with a minimum of hassle. It has given me the confidence to renew the policy every year since, knowing that I will be covered adequately. The policy is also a good price - if it were to rise in cost significantly though, I would consider looking at other providers. As it stands, I recommend Autoaid to all my friends & family!”
