“Reasonable price and pleasant, helpful, efficient staff. Only had to use the service once in ten or more years and that was a stress-free experience once the paperwork issue was sorted. I believe the system has now changed which should make things easier for customers (no longer have to pay and claim back).”

“The breakdown service is fine but (a) renewal via your website was not available so I had to phone and (b) it took five minutes (at my cost) for an answer. Are you making a profit from keeping callers waiting?”
