“We originally booked with RyanAir car rentals and then changed to Budget with AutoEurope. So glad we did. We’re Canadian fyi for fellow Canadians. Check in was smooth, we got our preferred car, spotless and papers ready. We purchased some additional coverage. We had unlimited mileage. Drop off was super fast and no issues. Would book with Auto europe again even though it was a bit more than Ryan Air auto rentals.”

“I thought I must write a review, as everyone seems to only write bad reviews now days. I booked a car for the first time with Auto Europe, after reading reading these reviews. I was worried I had made the wrong decision, I emailed Hertz South Africa from the UK and they confirmed they received my booking. I arrived at the airport early and Hertz were very helpful and accommodated this. I took full cover option with my booking, and unfortunately I had damaged the vehicle slightly. There were no issues, and as so far have had no further issues or heard anything from Hertz or Auto Europe regarding my rental. I would like to say I have received 10 out 10 service from both parties involved. Thanks guys, you made our holiday great!”
