So I decided to contact customer service and ask for some help.

I asked for a refund the day I bought from them. They have consistently given me the run around ever since saying there was an issue with their system, they are getting the manager to call me, or they fixed it now so just wait longer! Worst customer service ever!

Do not purchase! Any smart phone has basic security that will constantly disable app! App is VERY detectable. There is a big icon that pops up that can not be hidden. AND company is fraud and shady. Customer service numbers don't work. Just til u to email support and hang up. Even tho it says 30 day refund they do not honor. Check them on BBB, it's run by the Powerline group. 198 complaints

If I could give this service zero stars I would! I canceled this service after never using it because it was not what I thought it was.

I have continued to send messages to Fran Ferrara, the Accounting/Customer Service Manager, who had promised the refund.
