Amy was very quick and helpful. I had to phone to renew my policy as your website has down for approximately 2 weeks!

I made a first call to ANR to renew/upgrade my policy. I was told every agent was busy. Someone took my telephone number and said an agent would call back. No one called me back. After two hours, I called again and an agent answered. I suspect that if I had not taken action to call again, I'd still be waiting for a call back. Either you need to improve how you keep your 'call back' promises or you need to ensure the call back messages are properly passed on to your agents and followed up.

Amy the rep I spoke to over the phone was efficient, friendly, courteous and swift . My renewal went through very quickly and it was a relief to be able to actually speak to her over the phone so speedily rather than be kept waiting in a long queue. We have been with Auto national Rescue for years and wouldn't go anywhere else for breakdown cover. Well done Amy and thanks very much.

Spoke to Amy today who was extremely helpful, very polite and bubbly. It was nice to be addressed as sir and not by my first name which so many companies insist on doing. I would give her 10 out of 10 for customer service

Whenever I renew my breakdown cover I have always had good, professional customer service. I asked to be contacted back after 1pm today and that was exactly what Jessica did. Good customer service level and very pleasant lady to speak to.

Despite ongoing problems with the online billing for my policy Tina was very good at explaining what had gone wrong and took my details to renew. All sorted within a few minutes. Top marks for Tina for her personal attention and efficiency.
