“No experience yet of the actual breakdown service, but the telephone interactions for setting up an account (after I messed up the start date when doing it online) was efficient and friendly. The call dropped at one point and I got a call back straight away.”

“Always very helpful and nothing seems to be to much trouble if and when you phone them , for whatever the reason. Also very simple to renew your membership with them over the phone .Had to call them out a short time ago and the response time was very short.”

“You only really know how good a service is when you have to use them. I have taken out cover with Autonational for a few years now. I have had cause to use them twice. On both occasions they were great and of no less a help and service than when I was getting comparable cover with the AA (for a whole load more cost). I would certainly recommend them.”
