“The web site for renewals was not effective at all. Although I selected renew option the site kept showing me the new buisiness price not the renewal price. In the end I had to phone to make the renewal.”

“Have only used once in about 4 years but no problems at all getting a prompt response and fixed up when I had a problem with my car away from home. The annual premium is a lot cheaper than most and doesn't seem to increase much each year. I was with RAC for many years but now get a similar service for much less.”
