“Both protective plastic wrap and, two days later, windscreen fitted on time. However, tape used to secure wrap took enamel off paint and bodywork (rear spoiler and boot) require respray. Also, when broken windscreen was removed, broken glass was allowed to fall into lock mechanism and the boot no longer opens. I would have expected neither of these issues from a business that claims to have the experience it has.”

“Old fashioned service. We arranged a time and the fitter rang as promised to confirm his arrival. He took a look at the damage and gave me options - my choice. Having chosen to repair rather than replace, the work was completed quickly and cleanly leaving me to my weekend. Excellent and would recommend them.”

“Right from the initial confirmation of the appointment everything was really well organised, the two workmen who came to replace the windscreen were excellent, told me upfront everything they would do & how long it should take. one hour later all complete & a great job. Thanks”

“I had a windscreen fitted, noticed on driving a noise of wind coming in, I complained, a technician was sent who put some glue, this did not have any effect, I complained again, they said someone will come out to replace the windscreen, I was given a date and time but no one showed up.”

“I found the whole experience to be very friendly and professional from start to finish. The customer services team were very courteous and helpful, and went the extra mile to accomodate my timescale requirements, which was much appreciated. The engineers arrived exactly when they said they would (and called before to give me notice also), they gave me an outline of the activities that they would be undertaking, along with a timescale, The service I have received is first class, and I would certainly recommend this company. crp1uk”

“Customer service, very flexible, end customer focused, adapted to our changing requirements. The installer did a great job! Had the wind screen changed in the work's car park. Very efficient and polite service by the installer! I would recommend the company again. No mess to clear up afterwards, both the car and the car park clear of broken glass. Well done!”

“we were shopping the team turned they phoned us and we gave them the go ahead by the time we got home one window was completed and they were starting on the second with in the hour it was all done very pleased with the performance and ease of the team ten out of ten for your guys regards Martin”

“Friendly helpful windscreen fitter, rang each time to confirm arrival time. Good quality work. However the first appointment (I had to wait around 10 days for it, contrary to what the web app told me) the fitter was given the wrong glass, even though the call handler had my reg no (and therefore should have known the spec).”

“The guy came earlier than expected but phoned me with plenty of time to make arrangements. Was polite and friendly and explained the process clearly. Very friendly, made the whole thing a bit more personable. All done in 20 minutes - can't complain!”

“Very pleased. It took a few days to get the appointment but I was away before then anyway. The lady was here on time, explained what she would do and how the starburst stone chip would look afterwards. Got on with it and finished the job within her time. delighted with repair and no fuss with paperwork. Insurance paid and recommended.”
