“I ordered wiper blades for two vehicles from the ABD website, a Vauxhall Antara and a Ford Ranger using the reg no.s.; I received the wrong blades. Now, I should have checked myself (I am perfectly capable of operating a not-so-hi-tech tape measure!) but as one vehicle was not on site at the time, I thought I could trust the info given based on the reg. - not the case, so please look in to rectifying the data held on the website. However, when I called ABD (Rebecca?), they were helpful and professional, and sorted the issue quickly & efficiently and at no extra cost to me. Okay, there was an overall delay of 4-5 working days, but thankfully I was in no hurry. Overall, I really can't complain - it's easy to write a good review when everything goes smoothly, but I'd like to say well done on sorting things out when it did go wrong! Working in a customer service role myself, I was pleasantly surprised to find another company that were similarly minded about valuing a customer and their experience with the company. Recommended without hesitation.”

“Wrong bulb. Ordered rear brake bulb for my car. Think it may fit the centre break LED though I needed the right hand bulb. Fortunately they replaced it during my MOT so all good. I will keep the bulb until needed or leave with the car when I sell.”

“I used the website to check specification and confirm bulb types required and prices. I chose to order by phone as I don't like shopping online. The service I received was very friendly and efficient. The bulbs were delivered a couple of days later - the whole retail experience was of the highest standard!”
