“I ordered bulbs & other things for travel through Spain and had to have them delivered within 5 days. They arrived in plenty of time. The torch I ordered didn't work but after phoning their customer service team a different (better) torch was speedily sent out and a prepaid envelope was supplied to return the faulty torch. very good service.”

“Quality products, with a good range, on sale. Wished to return an item which was painless and easy. Although any customer service was dealt with through e-mail, I believe any verbal communication would be as quick, simple and polite. Recommended retailer. Don't lose the quality customer service - it's worth its weight in gold.”

“Ordered from here a while ago. Delivery came really quickly. I realised I had ordered the wrong bulb so I contacted them. Same day I had a reply and got everything sorted out. Sent the bulbs back and got my new bulbs in no time atall. Would definitely recommend.”

“I couldn't be more positive about Auto Bulbs Direct and the service I have received. The website provides a clear range of accessories for my car, and I value the ability to type in my registration number and see the appropriate accessories. The range of quality goods is great as well, allowing me to choose when I want to buy something on a budget, or with the highest quality. I would only encourage you to reconsider using Hermes for your deliveries. For my two most recent order, one was thrown over a side fence and it took us some time to find. The next delivery — headlamp bulbs — was thrown over our back gate and landed onto our patio. The packaging was cracked, but thankfully the bulbs were intact. You might want to consider using a different delivery firm!”
