“Well packaged in recyclable cardboard for transit but product supplied by Osram in rigid plastic case which our Council do not recycle. The bulbs are truly brilliant making night driving a lot safer.”

“Due to an online software glitch i received the wrong bulbs. The member of staff i spoke to was excellent in dealing with the problem and dispatched the correct ones to me (on return of the incorrect ones). The whole process was totally painless, there was no additional cost incurred by myself and the member of staff was courteous and highly professional. There are a good few companies out there that could learn customer service from the experience I had. Thank you.”

“Brilliant - what I thought would be hard-to-source bulbs were ordered on a Friday and - amazingly - arrived on Sunday! No idea how that happened, but the bulbs were perfect and the service even better!”

“Used 1-2 day delivery, to get asap. Not informed it would be 2 days until the end of day 1. Asked for it delivered to local halfords. Told it would be there by 12am. collectioned at 1730ish, paperwork said it had been delivered at 17:00. Halfords staff wouldn't release it initially as I didn't have a code, which I hadn't been sent. Had to go home and get 2 forms of ID. Service from auto bulbs let down by courier.”
