“After receiving an email response from Autolink Parts saying that the requested Kelpro Power Steering Pump for a VS 5.0lt Statesman has been received and dispatched I later received further confirmation in an email to say that's 'It's on its way"... Expected delivery Friday. Then I received an email on the day of delivery from Leigh Farrugia saying this item is out of stock we have canceled your order and refunded you back. You can't give me all this evidence-based preamble, set up this expectation for me to book in a mechanic then on the very day of delivery, all of a sudden tell me you haven't got it in stock?”
“Repeatedly incapable of postage. I asked for and paid extra for 1-3 day express postage, they were not even dispatched within 2 days. The parts finally arrived 7 WEEKS LATER.
Never again, simple.”
“Had not received any notification about part being posted as well as no assignment number nothing at all. Put in a dispute through PayPal and was was contacted by autolink within a day or so od dispute lodge. Told by them a dispute was put in with Australia post heard nothing yet. I'm just wanting a refund as I really need the part for my car. Not happy at all with there service.”

You would think if a company sends a survey on their products/service the parts we ordered should have been delivered before survey is sent out .... 4 weeks later!”
