“Probably not Autolink Parts who is at fault here but I ordered the parts on 13 December 2022. AustPost acknowledged receipt of goods ready to be processed on 13 December 2022. On 22 December 2022 I raised an inquiry with Autolink Parts as to when delivery can be expected and mentioned that it is of no use to contact AusPost as the status as at 22 December 2022 was item RECEIVED and READY FOR PROCESSING since 13 December 2022. On 23 December 2022 I receive notification from AustPost that delivery has been delayed to unexpected congestion which in my opinion is an absolute lie. I have ordered items since and have received them through AustPost. Pathetic service AustPost. Finally, how do I leave a positive review if the item is still shown as RECEIVED and READY FOR PROCESSING yesterday at AusPost?”
“Your Service is very poor because communication is average at best! Delivery times are unacceptable and slow I have been waiting over a month for this part to arrive to me here in NZ yes I was 4 days late in payment but once paid you still did not send this item out even a week later with no communication or sorry once you finally did answer my E-Mails The business deal here is unacceptable and dealing with Auto Link will thankfully be the first last and final time in my lifetime. you encouraged me to change my feedback on Trade Me NZ I Encourage you Autolink to review your customer service oh at the time of writing this review I still have not received the item I purchased from you on the 11th Nov 2022 it is now Wed 21 DEC 2022”
