“It was the wrong part. For the distributor described the condenser should have an end bracket that secures to a threaded hole, not a side bracket. I suspect the condensers manufactured are generic, all made the same way.”
“Purchased a transtec power steering pump seal kit on the 18th October. Autolink told Australia Post they had sent the item out for delivery on the same day, 18th October. I then received work from Australia Post that the package was delayed. I followed up with Australia Post, and they said the package was not in their system yet. Now, on 8th November (21 days after they said they sent my item), after lodging a complaint with eBay, i received a full refund for my order. Autolink never had my item, and never sent it. They did not refund it until asked, and never contacted me to tell me a reason for delays.”

“I made a mistake and ordered from the autolink site not per their description but from the manufacturer listed site that suggest the part would suitable. My bad as it was the wrong part...... I will wear that as my mistake and not Autolines issue that the manufacturer listed the info incorrectly. They suggest I follow up with the Manufacturer.
Requested manufacturer contact details from autoline as they suggested I contact the manufacturer. This has been difficult to find and a eu website and contact is not effective. Further requests to assist with contact options have been deflected and they really have not assisted from that point on. Disappointed in myself and autoline, I will choose not to use their service on this basis :(.”
“Does not suit TD42 thermostat housing, does not reach to the bottom to block the bypass. False advertising, intentionally misleading and left out measurements in diagrams. But hey, there's 3 images of the front of the packaging.”

“Item does not fit my Mazda MPS BK as listed in compatible vehicles, driveshafts are alot thicker in the MPS versions of the Mazda 3. Also did not respond to my attempted contact to resolve this probably because i asked for a refund. Item is also incredibly overpriced, i sourced the correct CV boot 20 minutes down the road for a third of the price + fitting. Incredibly poor service and an incredibly poor price.”
“Indeed this took over a few weeks like many, WA, one of the tie rod nipples threads did not fasten and stayed loose. Ended up tapping a new thread and putting a bigger nipple but honestly been a waste of time and money, gonna put a new set on.”
