“I have a 1993 Toyota Corona and one of the car heater hoses had a small leak. My mechanic said that no parts were available in NZ. I have a son living in Melbourne and said I would look for spares in OZ if my mechanic gave me a part number. The closest was for a Camry and I ordered one. Unfortunately, my son could not bring it over on Easter Monday as a delivery to him was not pssible over Easter weekend. I selected a Pack & Track and it arrived one day before the ETA . It was fitted and works fine.”
“Delivery took 4 weeks! 4 weeks from AU to NZ! Interestingly it took 3 weeks for Auspost to update from 'Shipping information approved (25 Sep)' to 'Received by Auspost (19 Oct)' making it appear as though Autolinkonline didn't actually send the parcel for 3 weeks.
The parcel appeared in Auspost the day after I threatened Autolinkonline with negative feedback & opening a case with trademe
Parts supplied were as purchased.
So in the end all is well.”
“Australia Post "misplaced" my part for about 3 weeks but eventually arrived intact.
Part is now fitted and all's good.
I would use your services again.”
“The advertised item was a tube nut. Description was inadequate as the dimension of 7/16" was not described as I.D (internal dimension) and therefore the nut was useless. When describing threaded items, the thread type (i.e. NF, BA, UNF etc) is mentioned along with the internal diameter of the tube for which the nut is intended.”
