Automotive superstore were unable to get these to me, after waiting 2 weeks after paying they were still not sent. Refunded after multiple complaints. Will never use again.

Took a week to receive my master cylinder. After paying $14 for the auspost option. Receive item and it was faulty. Blenched bled the master cylinder then each wheel for times with air bubbles coming out. But the pedal would be firm and slowly sink to the floor no external leaks anywhere (indicating an internal leak in tge master cylinder). I then took to jax tyres because I had it booked in for tyres I asked if they could attempt to bleed the brakes for me they spent 2 hours on it and said it was a faulty master cylinder. It's taken over a week for them to finally say I need to send it back at my own expense that would be even more time without a car that I need. I don't recommend buying from this company. I'm not even going to worrying about the warranty claim now, I rather not deal with them and take my business elsewhere.

Dispatched in 13th May (couriers Please) seems to still be in NSW depot. Still waiting

Purchased a $500 gift card for a friend to buy a pressure washer he wanted that was on sale. He was told they haven't had that in stock all year and didn't know when they were getting some. So why advertise it on sale? I contacted you guys and asked for a refund but was told you would have stock within a week. I got an automatic email notification saying it was in stock but you were still out of stock. I have asked for someone to call me and nothing. I want a refund!

Website says orders normally ship in 2-3 days. Mine took 2 weeks. Just be realistic with your lead times.

If/when they arrive, i will review the fuse holder Shows delivered and left in a safe place. Very safe as i have not found them

Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago and still haven’t even received it. Company won’t answer the phone so please reach out so I can get a refund!

Extremely annoying that you don't have product in stock and your website doesn't say this. I've booked my car in for transmission service and now need to cancel because I find out you can't supply oil in the advertised time. Not impressed. Perhaps you could think about refunding my money as you've cause me issues.

Slowest shipping even if you chose express. Ordered on sunday, packed and booked on monday, its already friday and haven't shipped yet. no update even though they say there's available stocks. Beware

I ordered the item 5 Apr 24. To-day, 16 Apr 24, I have not received the item. I can get no response from the supplier nor the carrier as to why it has not been delivered. I wil probably not use this supplier again

Worst decision to purchase from them. Parts advertised in stock but at the supplier customer service is appalling there’s no clear definition of where the product is during delivery. I will never purchase from you again and will pass this on to the many car clubs I’m affiliated to.

How stupid can it be??? Sold me a lock without a key! When i asked where is the key, they answered me back with a photo and encircled are small lettering of "key is not included" in the ad. Sense would dictate you to sell locks that will come with keys!!!! I almost fell out of my chair when i tead your reply!!!

I called the store too see what time I could come click and collect my item I was told to wait for a call back for them too check when it will be available to pick up never got a call back I ended up trying too call again waited on the phone for an hour and they hanged up on me after they answered

No point asking for a review until goods are received. My last experience was AWFUL. It was during covid lockdown so was willing to try once more. Took 3 months for receival. Here's hoping this new purchase experience is different.

My order (#100508661. 16 Dec 23) says on your website 'Order Received'. No it wasn't , we are home all day every day - nothing arrived. So where is it.?
