“I like shopping for service parts such as spark plugs and ignition coils etc from Superstore as finding parts at reasonable price and most OEM parts are available. The one area I find the service can be improved is on receipt of online order the store should aim to provide an ETA of delivery with 24 hours or less currently it takes over 3 Days before any notification is received and there is no tracking information on the website login.”

“Communication was great I was kept in the picture to as to when the items would be delivered. I hav'nt hadthe items fitted yet am hoping they are correct. (minor criticisim p/n oxy2623 wasn't boxed and doesn't appear to have any grease with it.)”

“The fact you are sending me a review to do and it has been over 24hrs since I have placed the order and still no shipping details is not a really good indicator on how fast the business moves for an online shopping platform. Maybe ask again once my order has been dispatch.”
