“This is the most un customer focussed company I’ve ever dealt with. I own 7 vehicles and had a policy with them. They kept asking ridiculous questions after the policy was already taken out and when challenged on this they hung the phone up. I asked to speak to tony way and they said he does not work for them. So who is the one who signs the documents. They need to sort there operations out cause as far as the articles I’ve read they are already being investigated for fraud and money laundering.”

“phoned about cracked windscreen , I was told they would phone me back after 2 hrs I phoned them again , they said they did not have it on the system . so we started again, it took over 20min poor service”

“The service offered & price was very good also covered all that was needed within breakdown,courtesy vehicle & travel if needed..no hassle gaining access to online services like some other sites. All round excellent!”

“phoned up to add another person onto the policy, with 45 years driving experience, no accident or criminal offences. wanted an additional £2000 plus got cut off twice whilst trying to cancel policy. third lady I spoke to was very helpful”

“Its difficult to evaluate how good Autonet Insurance is without having made a claim. My only experience of any engagement with them was when I was instructing them that I did not want to automatically renew. First of all, unlike the other insurance I had, there is no online 'do not renew' capability - you have to call them up. After pressing 3 or 4 numbers to navigate the menu, I had to endure relentless questioning about why I was not renewing. I told them that I had looked at the Which? reviews and chosen to go with NFU Mutual because of their 5 star defacto rating and the Which? endorsement (no pun intended). In the end I lost my temper and asked if the renewal could just be cancelled. The line went quite for several minutes until I asked what was going on. Eventually it was done and I explained, for feedback, that I understand about market intelligence etc. but they need to make their process slicker - the guy then carried on explaining and explaining. The number I had to call was an 0330 number - I will be checking my phone bill. If this has cost me a lot of money then I will be taking this further.”
