“Very pleased with the service and the renewal insurance quote was cheaper than the previous year. I forgot to reduce the payment by £30 by renewing online and Autonet refunded said £30 without me asking. Great service.”

“Purchased insurance by phone on friday, was assured i would get a full insurance certificate, I still have only had an e-cover note and am unable to log in to my account because my password has not been not recognised, new one requested but has failed to materialise. all this despite raising the issues on e-mail at the week-end.”
