“When I needed to renew my car insurance I phoned your office in Stoke, next door to the Brittania Stadium on the 15th November 2019 and spoke to your operative by the name of Kerry. I must say that she was excellent in her service for me and for her alone I would willingly continue to insure with yourselves. A brilliant member of your team!”

“Asked me for a further £250 because I failed to tell them a claim , had to cancel the policy for £25 and then do the whole thing again for an extra £50 more than original 1st quote , bonkers why not just ask for £75 more rather than the £250 !!!!!!!!!!!!”
