“Good value for money and easy to purchase however Autonet do appear to ask for more documents than I have been asked to provide in my previous 16 years of holding a driving license. Additional premium was applied due to the actual date that my driving licence was issued to the date provided when taking my insurance policy out been 4 days out although I did have to question this as I received conflicting emails from the broker, one stating no additional premium and a follow up email saying there was an additional cost.”

“Awful customer service!!! Would never recommend! Needed to change my van insurance over and was hung up on twice. The last time the girl clearly didn’t want to be on the phone to me and being a Friday night wanted to rush home and hung up on me!!!!!!!! Then I couldn’t get back through, just brought a new van and had to drive it back two hours!!! Took over two hours for me to get nothing sorted. I then had to pay out more money to get a days insurance!! So disappointed and would not recommend using this company Especially as I have multiple vans on the road that need insurance!!!”
