“Having used many online vehicle insurance companies over the years this company has been the worst when it came to requesting and supplying information via e-mail and text.”

“used autonet for van insurance several times easy to use. they get you the best deal to suit your needs and the staff are very friendly and helpful. no fuss no hassle and good insurance at the end of it .the process is simple and you have your documents online and your own account to look at. wouldn't go anywhere else now we would highly recommend this company.”

“In all areas I received Customer satisfaction from booking to collection. I was also reliably informed of the work undertaken and although my vehicle passed its MOT i was advised of cautionary action that needed to be considered in the near future e.g. Tyre condition . My vehicle ( a Citreon van) had been washed and cleaned both inside and outside. my experience of both reception and service was exemplary. I was very impressed and I dont think that I am the sort of person who dishes out compliments freely”

“Auto net is a quality real quality of service , before I ring you for the 1st time I did ring few company but the reason I took the policy with you it's simply adviser was so helpful and great customer care really fair and when I ring other time for the follow up its was the same thing all are acting more professionals I personally wll recommend family and friends to join when their insurance is due to upgrade”

“Service from Autonet was very good and I thought everything had gone thro when I received an e-mail one week later to say my policy was cancelled and two minutes later I received another e-mail from Close Bros to say my payment had been taken for the policy. Because it is a Bank Holiday I cannot get in touch with Close Bros.”
