“I telephoned to renew the insurance and the person I spoke to was very helpful and has reduced my monthly payment and it also now includes my son's iphone so I do not have to insure it separately. He was very helpful and polite.”

“If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I took out a policy from their quote, then a few days later they added £100 through no fault of mine. They refused to change this and when I wanted to cancel after just a few days, they charged me over £60, even though it is my statutory right to cancel. This is probably illegal and all they care about is money grabbing. Avoid at all costs!”

In terms of the cancellation, if a policy is cancelled before the end of a 12 month term, charges are made to cover the costs incurred to Autonet.
