“Awful unethical company. Avoid at all costs! Autonet are charging us £260 to add a driver to the policy (this is a safe-no risk middle aged male driver with no convictions, no driving offences etc). Our other vehicle insurance just added him for free. I requested that they let me cancel the policy so we can go elsewhere, but they will charge £80 to cancel. I have gone through all the complaints and they are not budging. Completely crooked and unprofessional.”
