“Apparently I didn't inform them of an incident from 4 years ago (car park, I wasn't even in the car so no it didn't particularly stick in my memory) so they decide to try and charge me £14.95. Great way to treat a brand new customer. How about you contact me? Talk to me? Do the decent thing? Not just charge me! Needless to say, I cancelled.”
