“I had insurance for 24hrs with this company. They rang me with a query and it turned out they wanted double the amount on monthly payments £80 odd pounds for fully comp on a crv. No thanks so asked for it to be cancelled and had to pay £50plus for cancelling on a policy I hadn't even received in an email yet! 24hrs I had this policy. Still get text now saying I owe them money! Stay well away would be my advice.”

“Really disappointing customer service. Holding customers to ransom when their insurance provider weren't willing to change vehicle on a policy. They want me to pay a cancellation fee!! and it's more if I cancel and leave than if they find me a new insurance. More money for less work.”
