“I have found the renewal quote to be reasonably competitive. When I called with a query, the call centre assistant was polite, but could not help. He offered a callback, but never called back.”

“When I needed to change the vehicle half way through the policy, they offered me really high quotes plus huge fees. When I said I would leave and get insured elsewhere, they threatened enormous fees and treated me like dirt, cutting me off etc. This ordeal went on gor hours. A vulnerable person would have been bullied into handing over huge sums of money for nothing.”

“requested a call back which did not happen so bought policy myself on line. Easy enough to do and prices quite good. we have three vehicles so will definitely check with you when renewal dates are close.”

“Received my VW Transporter insurance for a couple of years through Autonet, they've always found a good deal. This year they've upped the game after my current insurer refused to insure my new modified VW Transporter. The Autonet Team sorted the detail and found a new insurer at a fraction of the price others were quoting. Superb.”
