“Worst service, been on the phone over an hour spoke to 4 different people just to change a car, they quoted double that of everyone’s else I would avoid them at all costs”

“I would never purchase car Insurance with this company again having taken out a car insurance with this company 4 weeks ago I decided to change my car. I looked up on confused .com and got a new quote for my new car £267.00 so I called Autonet to get a price on the policy I had to change the car which I had Paid £289.00 for they gave me a price of £450.00 so I said I will cancel the policy and they said that would be £168.00 after 90mins on the phone the underwriters who said they could maybe help with a cheaper price came up with a discounted rate of £750.00 so I am tied to paying £450.00 but will never recommend or use them again”

“Good price offered and relatively easy to deal with if you need basic changes, although as always you will have to run the gauntlet of options to reach the desired operator. Fast delivery of emailed certification and T&Cs. But as always - it pays to shop around.”

“I found that Autonet Insurance very helpful when I talk to the staff and unlike other Insurance company they did not raise their prices to a stupid rate that you have troll the internet for a lower price”

“The insurance premium is very good but did not like the £25 renewal fee if this had been seen before I renewed I probably would have gone somewhere else.”
