“After close to 10 years uninterrupted business from me to Autonet insuring my van. I’ve just had the pleasure of paying 171.31 just to cancel my insurance policy. Special thanks to the team leads Michael and Shaun for not budging in the cancellation fee. To say I’m angry would be an understatement. Excellent customer service guys, and thanks for 10 years business. What a joke. Furious”

“I personally feel that in terms of purchasing my car insurance went very quickly and smoothly. I also would like to add Autonet Insurance not only offers competitive rates but also providing wonderful quality customer service 👌. Over all I saved £53 which was great during this difficult time of pandemic. I would recommend to all the people who would like to pursue their vehicles insurance policy try them. Finally I would like to request & suggest to Autonet Insurance instead of charging £15 for phone policy set up if they bring that charge to £10 it will not only attract more people to join by phone ( As elderly people like to speak with real people instead using Internet) but also increase the profits & productivity of entire business.
