“The whole experience from start to finish was very easy to understand and follow, where other sites in the past were somewhat robotic in the questioning, Autonet worded questions in a more personal way.”

“Painfull service. Even when I cancelled my policy the letter came through with the wrong date on, so phoned to let them know and was told I’d get a new letter, surprise surprise nothing came through. Hopeless.”

“I wouldn't say that they made me happy at all. Renewing any sort of insurance is a nightmare to me in that it seems impossible to compare companies in a like to like manner. It would be really helpful if it were possible to state the components of the insurance that one wishes to obtain e.g. protection of passengers in the event of an incident, how much personal accident one is insured for.”
