“Easy to take out the policy but hard work to send over proof of my driving licence. However did not make it clear that by paying monthly instalments was actually signing up to a finance agreement with a third party company ( Close Brothers). Would not of agreed to this if I was aware it was a loan.”

“Got a great quote which I then paid in full. After this they then contacted me asking for over £100 more due to a previous claim. I phoned my previous insurer who confirmed I wasn't involved in any claims and communicated with autonet. After days of phone calls back and forth I decided it was not worth the hassle and used my right to cancel my policy in the cooling off period. I was then charged a £50 admin fee! £50! also any refund from original transaction would take 7-10 working days to deposit in my bank account.”

“Ripp off scammers stay well clear , charge extras as they wish and make a notification info as a claim so as to charge you more”

“I left Autonet for another insurance company and what I thought to be a cheaper policy,however the other company wasn,t as good as it appeared to be,so i rang Autonet back and they could not have made it any easier and quicker to return.I found them to be very professional and efficient. A big thank you from myself.Regards Mick”
