Hi, Thank you for your comments, we do charge a £15 administration fee for policies taken up through the call centre to cover costs we would incur. However I can see that your policy was set up online therefore this fee was not applicable to you. Kind Regards Carly

“Increased my premium because my partner was driven into and called this a fault claim when in fact no claim was ever made in this case. Increased the direct debit without consent stating authority to do this is automatic because it's under 100 pounds! Beware of hidden adjustments!”
