Hi, Thank you very much for taking the time to get in touch. When a policy is paid for by instalments, we take a deposit at the point of sale. The next instalment is then taken 7-14 days later. “Three hours of phone calls being given the run around all for information which should have been collected by yourselves From my previous insurance company. Especially as you had contacted them before.”
