“Rang up with a query as to why I had 2 seperate letters sent out both quoting different monthly payments amounts for the same policy managed to get this resolved and even managed to reduce the payment costs by slightly amending my policy”

“I have used Autonet Services before and I found that they were a reliable and professional company. This experience on renewing another insurance policy was easy and informative they set up my policy with all the details I needed, I again found that the staff/advisor was well versed and articulate and explained every detail for me. I was happy to renew my policy.”

“Woeful customer service. A complete inability or will to respond to emails or return telephone calls. The worst customer service I have encountered for a very long time. I would actively discourage anyone from using a company that is this incompetent.”
