“Price was obtained via go compare.. I accepted the quotation.. went through the payment system and quote jumped up by £20.00.. not happy Asked for a call back, 6hrs later I received one.. got cut off when I complained, asked for another call back... 24 hrs and still waiting.. poor show”

“Renewing my car insurance could not have been easier! They sent an automatic renewal email which needed adjusting and with 1 phone call all was sorted with no extra admin charges or upfront payment required.”

“I used quotezone to select Autonet Protect Plus. I was very pleased how effortless my online application executed. When I printed my Policy Schedule I spotted a couple of errors made by transferring details. I phoned and the errors were corrected and I was "Allowed" the £17.00 normally charged for such corrections. Unfortunately, I did not carefully check the document again only to find I really ended up with cover that I had not selected in first place. Suddenly, No mentioning of Plus Protect; No courtesy car; No Pers. Acc.; I'd even become a smoker. Shame !!! I was originally really impressed thinking - now there's for once an organisation that got it right and ought to be applauded. Are they just a number of oversights, a web site that does not connect properly or is it something more sinister? It did not make me happy - although the potential is there.”
