“They charged me an additional £20 for non-disclosure of 'an incident' although it was not a claim and nor was it my fault. The other driver ran into me and paid me cash. When I rang to complain, I was pleasant and polite yet the woman I spoke to was condescending and rude! AVOID!!!”

When a policy is purchased online, customers need to ensure that all incidents are disclosed, including incidents, where no costs are paid out. This is because some of the insurers that we work with use this in their rating factors to determine the price. However, since reviewing your comments, we have listened to the call and passed feedback to the agent involved as we believe the service could have been improved on this occasion. “Found this insurer to have the best deal for me (the cheapest car insurance). They offered NCB protection, a courtesy car and I added motor legal protection. I was a piece of cake to buy the insurance. So far I am pleased.”
