“took out contents/bricks&mortar insurance at a cost of 93.82p for 12month policy. had to cancel one month later due to move and was charged 65 pounds for cancellation. I have no doubt this will be explained in the 'small print' but still seriously excessive. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THEIR CANCELLATION POLICY AND FEES before you use this company!!!”
