“Tough conditions that for elderly customers can prove overwhelming..need a more simple procedure and information about terms and conditions before taking customers money ! However the cost of Insurance is competitively good and did beat other leading companies!!”

“The service was acceptable. Had to phone on 2 separate occasions to ensure that Autonet had received the proof of my No Claims Bonus despite me sending this to them. Luckily the matter was finally sorted out and am now covered”

“The only problem I had was that my previous insurance company had given me the incorrect information about a claim , yet when I spoke to auto net the girl was very helpful and she sorted it out for me at no extra cost great service will use them again”

“They are happy to take the money but when you make a genuine claim they go out of their way to avoid paying out, using a small print clause as an excuse which has no bearing on the incident. I will not use them again but go with others who are proven to respond decently and professionally.”

“I needed a quote, Autonet came out the cheapest, I check review sites prior taking out the policy they were all positive so I accepted their quote as it was the cheapest and offered the same as other insurers”
