“Did not get a response to my initial email so had to send a follow up for a reply. Did not find Autonet were helpful regarding cancelling insurance due to current circumstances with Covid-19, especially seeing as I am still stuck abroad and do not anticipate using my vehicle over the next 3-6 months potentially. Its a shame as we own another vehicle and the insurers happily reviewed the policy and pricing to meet our needs.”

“Over the last year or so I have had my share of motoring problems, and who has been on the other end of the phone to help me along the way yes, Autonet Insurance. I found Autonet Insurance extremely helpful and very professional in all aspects. I was the one the was panicking on the phone and I was put at ease with a few reassuring words. My problem was sorted out very quicker with no fuss at all. As for Autonet Insurance I would recommend them to all. Very friendly and very professional in all that did for me. Good 5 star service.”

“I was already a autonet customer and found the renewal process very simple even in these adverse circumstances. I used the online renewal service off an iPad with no problems, straight forward and even received a discount for doing so.. The documents were available to download from the date the policy started, and the correct payment taken ..”
