“I had an accident which I had a witness stating that I was not at at fault but they still settled the insurance for the other party. Lost my no claims bonus, cost me another £239 extra to insure my car and also the damage on my car was never fixed. I wouldn’t recommend them - would use a large company that will actually protect your interest”
