“I cancelled my car insurance policy less than 24 hours after taking it out online and I was charged a fee of £80. This equates to two months payments which I feel to be unfair and more than covers their costs, particularly given that I purchased the policy online. I suggest that anyone considering this company reviews the small print in detail before signing. Other insurance companies don’t have such high charges for changes.”

“Autonet Insurance made me happy because it searched and found a great deal for me on my household insurance. The whole process of finding and buying the insurance with them was a stroke of simplicity. From the first click of my mouse to the last everything was straight forward and easy. I was sent a reminder a few weeks before my renewal with a competitive quote already in place, it seems to me that Autonet have a very high level of customer service and are very good at what they do. They make it clear that they are a insurance broker and that you can compare their prices elsewhere to see if you can get a better deal. For me they came out on top they offered a great policy at a huge discount compared to other insurance agents and comparison websites. I would recommend them.”
