“Shocking customer service, passed around for a couple of hours with different phone numbers, different departments, insurance cancelled by them for not realising the same underwriter from last year, then told they are unable to sort today as the underwriter closes at 5pm, then told there are many other insurance companies that will insure me today, that’s a great help miles from home and not told the van is not insured until I checked my bank.”

“Website easy to use. Can't really say much as just took out a policy. It's a bit more expensive than others but will get cash back from Quidco, so it's ok”
