“(!!!!!). it stinks, I been driving since march 1981. cars vans trucks and buses, plus boats and ships. Yet they count time i had this car (a year) but apart from six journeys on temporary insurance so So i am on no years claims bonus. I have two others cars more valuable, more expensive on spares but reasonably well looked after. This modern method insure the cars not the driver So they can rob us. IT STINK..., you asked !!!! .”

“Wasn’t a good start, I had a claim pending with a previous insurer which I cancelled to keep the price the same then they asked me for an additional £300 even though I had cancelled the claim, I had hit a tree that had fallen down not anyone else. Scammers”

“Disappointed Found autonet through gocompare, from the list I picked you because it had breakdown ticked as included but when I goDt the documents through email (I did ask for them to be posted) no breakdown cover. I have phoned twice and spoke to a lady I was holding for a long time and when I punched in my card details after a while a was cut off. As this is NOT a free phone number I expected a call back. No call so don't know if I'm covered. The 2nd time I called the lady said she attempted to direct my call to a colleague but again after a long wait I was cut off, hope I am more successful if I need to use your service. So still not sure if I'm covered for breakdown.”
