“So far so good. The only issue I have is that you sign an e-document and then you still have to sign paper documents and send them off. (Assuming you're paying monthly).”

“Just 1 month into a years insurance I sold my car (a range rover) rang to change the policy to and audi a6 (which is a much lower insurance group) only to be told my premium would go up £166.00 which is rubbish ! I said I would cancel the policy and was told it would cost me over £200 to cancel it. I hate being ripped off and I AM being ripped off Audi cost fro you is £677.00 got the same cover for £246.00. ROBBERS !! Ill never deal with you again”

“Having used online services to renew my home insurance for the first time I'm pleased to say as a senior citizen I found it to be extremely straight forward an d not at all complicated . I was a bit wary not being an expert user of the Internet but thanks to the easy use of your site it made it as easy as ABC . The service I received was second to none so again thank you for making my experience not only very good but has gave me the confidence to try other things as well .”

“I am an 80yr old pensioner so I thought It would be trouble to understanding the process but from start to finish the process was very easy , I now have full cover for my home and contents at an affordable premiums. Thank you Autonet.”

“have been with autonet for a couple of years and the renewal process couldn`t have been easier and was actually cheaper this year. great service and now it looks like they can offer good breakdown cover for my van with european cover at reasonable cost. would definately recommend”

“They sent me a renewal which was a bit high, so I went on the Internet and found a cheaper quote with the same company, I rang them up to tell them and straight away they matched the cheaper quote. I found them very helpful after I told them about the cheaper quote”

“this is the first time I have had to fab about with driving licence and codes in all the years of driving sent e-mail with info 5 times before they confirmed they had received it wont be using you again after this year.”
