“I have been charged £79.95 to cancel my policy for an administration fee.(cancelation reason sold my car)I would never use Auto net Insurance .”

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to get in touch. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the cancellation charges. However when a policy is purchased, it is a 12 month policy that takes into account the cost of setting up and administering the policy. If the policy is cancelled before the end of the 12 month term, charges are made to cover the overall costs incurred by Autonet and the insurer will charge for the insurance you have used. “I am horrified that I have been charged £79.95 to cancel my policy for an "administration fee" shocking...Would not recommend to anyone. I have never been charged this much with ay other insurance company. Had this have been made clearer and not hidden in the small print, I would never use Autonet”
