“I have been advised by Carly to briefly summarise on my experience, I was a pay monthly customer into my second year of insurance renewal but unfortunately 2 months into the policy my car was beyond economical repair and worth pennies . All my £35 per month premiums were up to date and at the point of cancellation I was ordered to pay £108 and so many pence! I was outraged as this amounts over an additional 3 months worth of premium!! I have never experienced these kind of charges with other insurers in the 20 years I have been driving!! At the most it was an additional months payment which I'd expect but the fees I paid to Auotnet today are ridiculous and unreasonable. Should I have known this prior to my vehicle failure I would not have renewed the policy. Chris”
