“I took out a policy in March and paid for the whole year at about £270. We changed our car in September and they wanted a further £189 for the final 7 months. I understand the car is newer and costs more however I decided that was very expensive so cancelled. For the remaining 7 months they refunded me £8 when, after a long discussion said they would refund nearer to £50. I would not recommend this company at all. Their charges are outrageous!!!”
