“I found Autonet on a 'compare' website and although they weren't the cheapest quote but they provided the best value for everything that I needed. Everything has gone smoothly. I did try to ring them with a query but the office was shut, I didn't leave a message because I was going to ring back when they were open. Autonet beat me to it by ringing me back first thing on the Monday morning. Great customer service!! I have not had, or planning on having an accident so I can't comment on that side of things! Thank you!!”

“Once they get your business they never get back to you when you email them with your concerns. I have NOT received any email or post with details of my policy number etc. They just don't reply”

“Been with Autonet for less than a month and so far has proved to be the worst "insurance company" I have ever used. My policy was mistakenly set up twice by Autonet (which seems to be quite common reading other reviews on here) and every time I phone up for a 30 minute conversation I get told a different story as to what's going on. Very quick to take your money but very poor at rectifying their mistakes.”

“Hassle free, quick and simple process from the first moment to being fully covered. Spoke to a very helpful lady just to clarify the information they needed and she was how I would like all call centre customer service staff to be! I will be recommending to my friends.”

“Very good insurer, they gave me a great quote on a second car! Only thing is they don't do proper comprehensive cover that allows you to drive another car but other than that great customer service!”

In terms of driving other vehicles, Autonet are an insurance broker, who deal with a panel of insurers. Some of the insurers that we work with do offer this cover, while others do not. As a broker we do aim to provide you with the most competitive cover to meet your needs. Over recent years, some insurers have moved away from providing this cover.
