“Price was very reasonable but the online chat wasnt great. Having signed up your policy doesnt exist anywhere so you cant sort out the no claims bonus, or add it to a portal. The online help didnt know who would have to send driving license either which was tiresome. Having survived sign up to be called and told 'cant have twooverlapping policies' was beyond unhelpful - I had to tell THEM to check the dates - they do NOT overlap... No apology - they went off to check and never called back (i knew i was right so didnt bother me but would worry a lot of people..). Then got the 'you didnt add legal cover' call - he was pretty pushy - tough to get rid of, very reluctant to take no for an answer. Only went with them due to price (never heard of them) and im hoping i have a valid policy in place.... They seem quite chaotic...”
