“After an auto renewal, one month in we had to cancel the insurance because we got a new car and insuring the new car with autonet was much more expensive than other insurers. Autonet demanded that we pay £82.79 to cancel the contract. I don't care that it may be in the small print but this is unacceptable and I am a very unhappy customer.”

“I rang up to ask about renewing my policy the quoted it had gone up £180 from the previous year so I said shove it I then received an email saying get in contact with us so I did and it went up about £50inthe end”
